We are looking for a Medior Software Developer who contributes to high-quality code, takes ownership of features, and continues to develop towards a senior level.

Your role

As a Medior Software Developer, you work on developing, improving, and maintaining software that supports our core processes. You are able to work independently on well-defined features and contribute to improving existing systems.

You collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and the team members, and you continue to grow in technical depth and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications

  • Work on both existing systems and new features

  • Solve technical issues independently and with guidance when needed

  • Contribute to refactoring and improving code quality

  • Think along about improvements in structure and performance

  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions

What do you bring to the table?

  • 3–5 years of experience as a software developer and operate at a bachelor’s level, demonstrated through your education and/or relevant professional experience

  • Experience with C# / .NET

  • Able to work independently on standard features

  • Eager to learn and grow towards a senior level

  • Pragmatic mindset and focus on delivering value

  • Good communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with WPF, web applications, or backend services

  • Experience working with existing / legacy systems

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and version control
