Your role as Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you focus on developing, improving, and maintaining software that supports our core processes. You work independently on complex features and contribute to improving existing systems.

You collaborate with the Tech Lead and team members but are not responsible for architectural ownership or team management.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications

• Work on both existing systems and new features

• Solve complex technical issues

• Contribute to refactoring and code improvements

• Think along about practical improvements in structure and performance

• Participate in code reviews and team discussions

What do you bring to the table?

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer and operate at a bachelor’s level, demonstrated through your education and/or relevant professional experience

• Strong experience with C# / .NET

• Ability to work independently on complex tasks

• Pragmatic mindset and focus on delivering value

• Good communication skills

Nice to haves

• Experience with WPF, web applications, or backend services

• Experience working with legacy systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control
